I know there is the save bug that asks you to save a game when exiting ZT even though you never changed anything, but there seems to be another one if I'm not totally mistaken.

I created a test gamebox that had two different scenarios.

I opened up the gamebox, moved some counters around to other boards. Then went to file/open scenario. ZT didn't ask me to save the game I was in, it just opened up the new scenario.
