problem file compressed

I have compressed the folder with winrar and rename it with extension ztb but not working, why?

This is error: "game-box.xml" not found in archive, but the file there is!

Make sure you create a Zip archive, not a Rar one.
Make sure game-box.xml is directly at the root of the archive, not in a sub-folder (in other words you need to zip each file instead of the folder containing them).
