Today's update

Today's update brings these changes:

• Support for the Spanish language! Thanks to Edgar for his translation and to Seryozha for his proofreading and his suggestions.
• Vista fallback mode. Users running Vista still don't have voice communication, but at least they should be able to host now. Not tested! Please tell me if it works.
• Smoother zooms, pans and scrolls. Your opponents moves will be less jerky.
