How to get Windows to recognize .ztb as a compressed file?

Do you need help installing or using ZunTzu? Would you like to report a bug?

How to get Windows to recognize .ztb as a compressed file?

Post by Easy »

One minor annoyance with gamebox creation is needing to constantly change the extension from .ztb to .zip and back as you test changes.

Is there a way to get Windows to recognize .ztb files as compressed archives so I can just drag and drop files onto the .ztb?

I am using Windows 7 and couldn't find any way to change the file type or association to make this work.

I use WinRAR, and do an open with... on the file, then I keep WinRAR open and drag items to the window (then have to click OK every time, and WinRAR refreshes them in the archive).

Doesn't directly address your question, but is a workaround.
