With an account and logged in, go here:

look toward the bottom. no more than 80x80 and no bigger than 39 kb, upload whatever you want.

Ahhhh ..
Where, in the Library? If yes, put a 48x48 bmp file in your archive named icon.bmp.

Yeah, it's photoshop...
I think there is no other way to get your avatar into an engine.

The avatar is only for use in online play. If you have a webcam, the video feed will display there...
