Can't see my Counters

I have made a test game-box using my own graphics.

I can load the ztb file and see my map but I can't see my counters.

Any thoughts? I am sure its probably me

Make sure your scenario file includes a "layout" node for the counter sheet, and check that the name of the board in the "layout" node is identical (with same case) to the name declared in the "counter-sheet" node of the game-box.xml file.
