Game box dificulties

I have downloaded the Civil War files but can't seem to be able to use them. What is the missing things I must do?

Where did you download it from? I have a copy of it but when I went to tell a friend to download it, it was no longer on that particular site.

What is the file name of the file you downloaded, is it a .zip or a .ztb file?
