About the geomorphic boards function

Will there be a requirement that the boards be all the same size?

I'm asking because I plan to create a gamebox for the game Federation Commander. In this game the counters only serve to indicate the ships' position and orientation on the map, all the other informations reside on the ship system display diagrams (here is a picture of what I mean: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/image/104094). Obviously it would be desirable to have those diagrams ''around'' the main map, as in the picture, and not on a separate tab in ZunTzu. I was thinking this would be easy to achieve if I could treat those ship diagrams as map boards and shuffle them around before the game as any other geomorphic board.

There will be no such requirement. You will be able to do what you described.
