Voice Communications Error Message

Zun Tzu is telling me that I cannot host or access online games because this version doesn't support voice communication when running Windows Vista. WTF? I have Windows 7. First, it was my fire wall setting were blocking me and now this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a bug, just ignore it (click on OK).

Voice communication is not supported, but Skype works fine...
