Can't install ZunTzu

I am trying to install the application from the install button on the install page but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong.

For an unknown reason, some users just can't install the .NET framework from the link.
The solution is to first install the .NET framework manually directly from this page on the Microsoft web site.
