Know that I'm completely unaware of technical problems/programming languages and all that, but have you already considered trying to make ZunTzu run on the iPad? :)

I certainly would love to have a iPad-like thing on which I can play Zun Tzu modules.
Could use a laptop of course, but somehow just a screen seems more attractive.

Silverlight 4 supports multi-touch on Windows 7, so you can expect ZunTzu 2 to work on tablet PC.
Apple currently has no plan to support Silverlight apps on the iPad. But things may change.
