ZUNTzu installed ok, but will not open

Everytime I try to open the app I get the following message;
Graphics card doesn't meet ZunTzu's minimum requirements. Are the drivers installed?
I have XP SP3
Dx 9.0c
ATI Radeon 128MB 9800 Pro card
1GB RAM
Newest available vid drivers are installed.
ALL versions of .NEt framework
Whats the problem?
