Would it be possible to include dice with custom images on each side? Like the ones in the Catan-Dice-Game for example.

It is possible. You just need to have an image of 256x170 px, with all six faces. You have some details here:

just a little thing.. in the link you will see you need a 256x256 image. It seems to work just fine with a 256x170 one for me, without the distortion.
