Another small bug

Post by Bill Barrett »

Just found a bug that causes ZunTzu to crash:

If you put the cursor on a stack of cards and then depress the delete key (press and KEEP depressed) then ZunTzu crashes with the following error:
version 1.2.1.14
os Microsoft Windows NT 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1
framework 2.0.50727.3074
cpu count 2
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

at ZunTzu.Modelization.bc.a(Int64 A_0)
at ZunTzu.b.b(String[] A_0)
Anyone else noticed this?

Windows 7 seems to fix it (at least I can't replicate it). So it looks like Vista really is/was a dog's dinner - everyone should upgrade immediately :)

Actually Windows 7 also has the problem, so it must be a bug in ZT generally.

It seems to happen when you zoom close to a stack of cards (or a counter on a countersheet with a large "supply" quantity) and press the space/delete key.

Zooming in causes the fans on my system to rev up substantially (and my lower powered laptop slows to a crawl), so I'm presuming it's some fault with the graphics engine.

I'm surmising that ZunTzu gets overloaded while attempting to visualize each and every card/counter in a stack, even though this is unnecessary...?

Regards, Bill.

Thanks for reporting that. I seems like two unrelated problems.
