Layers

Post by joseph »

Hi All,
I have a question: How can I use layers?
I want to put more tokens over terrain tile without stack, but this tokens stayed always on last layer.
Can you help me?

Hi Joseph,

I'm not sure to understand your question, so I'm giving you a summary of the different kinds of items in ZunTzu, in display order (from bottom-most to topmost):
  • Boards (maps and counter sheets): the board is displayed below everything else.
  • Unpunched counters and cards: displayed just above the board.
  • Terrains ("locked" tiles, geomorphic maps, overlays, ...)
  • Cards (punched)
  • Counters (punched): displayed above cards.
  • Everything else: dice, cursors, ...
Terrains are part of v1.2 which is not yet available (I'm testing terrains at the moment).
In the meantime, you should implement your tiles as cards. Counters don't stack with cards.

Did I answer your question?

Jerome, what exactly are unpunched counters? How do we use/declare them?

Nothing new. It's just how I call counters that are still attached to their counter sheets.

Is this possible? I mean, I tried to drag a countersheet to the map board, but the map didn't open.

Never mind, I figured it out. I misunderstood what you'd said, now I understand.
