Custom Dice is possible?
Is there any way to make custom dice?
I saw one screenshot of Space Hulk showing custom dice, but unfortunately the gamebox file seems deleted.
In game box doc, no mention of custom dice.
I just found out Zun Tzu only recently, it's a shame to know this amazing software this late.
Simple concept with Map, Counter, Cards, Dice, but elegant enough.
Thanks in advance.

Custom dice like 10-sided die are possible. Changing the color of the die and the pips is also possible.
If you wanted to change a pip from a 'dot' to a 'skull' (or something else): I am not sure.
I never saw the Space Hulk game-box; can you describe what you remember?
Regards, Rich
I meant "skull" or something other than dot pips.
The Space Hulk game box screen shot is this. http://i.imgur.com/siH7A.jpg
The die has a face having skull and number.
I think this is great for some board game having custom dice.
So, it'd better to be explained in the doc to show off.
Thank you, Young
Hi:
I am more of a traditional 'hex&counter' fellow, so these kinds of games with non-standard die is not something I see in the game-boxes I design nor search out
The original 'Space Hulk' resource is a bad link - so we can't use that exemplar. I'll keep out an eye for boxes that might contain non-standard die: perhaps an exemplar will be found.
If any ZunTzu guru's know how to do this - - post it here
Regards, Rich
PS Thanks for the pix

Hi Young:
That did not take long
I found an exemplar box right here in the files section: see Zuntzuniacos game-box by the name of "Zombie Plague."
In case you don't know Spanish here are some quick translations:
'dados' = die
'cartas' = cards
I suppose Zuntzuniacos, knows HTML fairly well. Once his box is opened and examined, it looks rather easy - except for the artwork

Thanks a lot Rich,
Yes, indeed.
It seems dice tag has an undocumented attribute "texture-file".
Just for reference, I'm repeating here.
<dice-hand type="D6">
<dice count="1" texture-file="dice_faces.png" />
</dice-hand>
dice_faces.png would have 2 rows and 3 columns for d6 case, like a counter image.
not sure for other dices like d10, d12, d20, but some experiments will tell easily.
Thanks, Young
