Sound troubles
How can I re-run ZunTzu's sound setup? It didn't recognize the input from my microphone when it ran on installation, although I can use Skype without problems.
Hi lclaudius!
Last week I was part of a game where one of the players had no sound. He couldn't hear the other players and they couldn't hear him. The player fixed the problem by disconnecting, running the sound setup and connecting again.
To run the sound setup:
- go to the Windows Control Panel. Open the "Sounds and Audio Devices" properties box.
- click the "Voice" tab. Select the correct device in the "Voice recording" drop-down list.
- click the "Test hardware" button.
On systems with more than one microphone - for instance if you have a headset and a webcam with a built-in microphone - ZunTzu will sometimes select the wrong microphone. I will try to fix that in a future update.
