Well I followed your instructions regarding the CMD shell and seem to have got my Windows 7 PC to host! I even managed to connect using my Vista laptop and my mobile phone acting as a modem, so I think that's cracked it :D I can't seem to get it working the other way round however (using my Vista la...

Not sure (I'd need to know the exact error message you're getting), but I noticed that you've declared your terrain file as "planet.JPG" - you should change it to "planet.jpg" (all lower case). Also (and this doesn't relate to your problem), you don't need to include the line: ic...

Windows 7 seems to fix it (at least I can't replicate it). So it looks like Vista really is/was a dog's dinner - everyone should upgrade immediately :)

OK

It's been a while coming, but I've just posted Gzhatsk 20 from VPG in the Files section.

There will be two more coming in the next couple of days, and I hope to have a few more shortly after :D

Here's some sample code: <terrain-sheet name="TEC" front-image-file="TEC.png" front-resolution="300 dpi"> <terrain-section front-left="0" front-top="0" front-right="337" front-bottom="3300" /> </terrain-sheet>

When you say it doesn't work, what exactly do you mean - what error messages are you getting?

Regards, Bill.

Actually, the news is not that great - I've managed to get a game hosted/connected between my Vista laptop and my Windows 7 PC, but not yet been able to host/connect a game to the wider internet. Ho hum :(

Pokke, I misunderstood your difficulties (I thought you couldn't get ZunTzu to run at all), it was only when I too tried to host/connect that I had exactly the same problem! I couldn't connect on my Vista Laptop either - but I fixed both, just as bggames described. I'm at work at the moment, so can'...

Hmm, I've just noticed this forum topic:

http://www.zuntzu.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1131

It suggests that there may be a problem with installation AFTER Windows 7 (?)

Hi Pokke - good to see you back :D I don't know how to fix your problem - but I know ZunTzu runs perfectly under Windows 7 (I have 7 64 Ultimate). I did an in place update of the system over Vista 64 (so ZunTzu was already installed) and have had no problems whatsoever... I hope you can get it sorte...
