I tried all the work arounds suggested but I am just not sure what I am doing wrong. I am trying to host a game. I have Windows XP service pack 3 and NET 4.0 (which I just reinstalled from Microsoft again). I am not sure why it doesn't work. I had someone come over and set up port forwarding for me...
