i have a (german language) windows 7 ultimate.

when i clicked "Install Zun Tzu" here http://www.zuntzu.com/files.htm it did (try to) install something. then came a window with a (german) error message, translated about to:
Zun Tzu has encountered a problem and must be closed. Send error message to Zun Tzu?
the error message is quite long, starting with something about not being able to create a user.config file in a certain location. Zun Tzu did create an entry in the windows start menu, but the link there leads to an invalid location (starting with c:/users/myname, but on my system the path is c:/benutzer/myname; a c:/users directory does not exist).

if i click the install link again, the (same) error message appears instantly.

Hi! Are you still having this error?
If yes can you try switching User Account Control off?
